About Kayli Anderson:
With over 10 years of experience in nutrition, culinary education, and lifestyle medicine, Kayli Anderson is dedicated to making healthy eating simple, enjoyable, and sustainable. She specializes in women’s nutrition therapy and lifestyle medicine, focusing on hormone health, fertility, pregnancy, and mental well-being.

Kayli is the founder of PlantBasedMavens.com, a platform providing women with practical, science-backed advice on nutrition, cooking, hormone health, fertility, non-toxic living, movement, and mental wellness. Her holistic approach helps women lead balanced, vibrant lives through personalized support.

As a board-certified lifestyle medicine practitioner, Kayli serves as the lead faculty for the American College of Lifestyle Medicine's (ACLM) Food as Medicine course. She has also held leadership roles, including past chair of ACLM’s registered dietitian group and secretary of the women’s health group. Additionally, Kayli is a faculty member for other ACLM courses.
